Telangana made a powerful statement on the opening day of the Telangana Rising Global Summit, attracting investment MoUs worth approximately ₹3.98 lakh crore across high-impact sectors such as infrastructure, energy, aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and digital smart cities.

A Transformative Investment Landscape

Day one of the summit witnessed multiple Indian and international companies signing MoUs with the Government of Telangana, bringing the total proposed investments to nearly ₹3,97,500 crore.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy framed these commitments within the state’s Vision 2047 — an agenda focused on deep technology, sustainable development, job creation, and world-class infrastructure. He emphasized Telangana’s ambition to emerge as a national economic leader in the coming decades.

Major Themed Investment Clusters

1. Deep Tech, Future Cities & Core Infrastructure – ₹1,04,000 crore

This cluster drew the largest interest, led by a ₹75,000 crore commitment from a Brookfield–Axis Ventures consortium. Additional contributions from the Win Group and other players pushed the category over the ₹1 lakh crore mark, underscoring Telangana’s appeal as a future-city and technology hub.

2. Renewable Energy & Power Transition – ₹39,500 crore

Investments from Evren Axis Energy and Megha Engineering & Infrastructure dominated this segment. The proposals aim to strengthen Telangana’s renewable power capacity, enhance grid stability, and accelerate the state’s clean-energy transition.

3. Aerospace, Defence & Logistics – ₹19,350 crore

Led by GMR Group’s aerospace initiatives, this cluster also includes commitments from multiple defence manufacturing and logistics firms. The combined proposals reinforce Telangana’s growing presence in India’s aerospace and defence corridors.

4. Advanced Manufacturing & Core Industries – ₹11,960 crore + ₹7,000 crore

Investments span hydrogen technology, power utilities, cement, and integrated textiles. Additional proposals worth ₹7,000 crore from companies such as Renusis, Midwest, and Akshat Greentech Electronics reflect strong momentum in hydrogen-based and next-generation manufacturing technologies.
